Kim started her career in financial services in 1992 when she joined Midland Bank supporting a team of financial advisors. After HSBC acquired Midland Bank and started to restructure, Kim took the opportunity to move to Natwest as a sales support manager. Having obtained the Diploma in Financial Planning she pursued her career into a compliance role for many years. She joined the client services team at FiveWays in October 2019.
Kim lives in the Chew Valley and enjoys gardening and going for long walks.
