Fee bands

FiveWays Fee Bands

These fees represent our total charges; there are no additional fees for implementation or transactions. After our initial meeting we will confirm which Fee Band will apply to your case. We will confirm the precise cost once we have full details of your situation.

Band A

£500 - £1,500

Advice on single issues such as investment of ISA allowance; simple trust reviews; simple pension annuity/investment choices.

Band B

£1,250 – £3,000

Financial planning and investment advice for normal cases such as portfolio planning for an individual; advice on selection of annuities/investments at retirement.

Band C

£2,000 - £5,000

Financial planning and investment advice, including tax-efficient investment advice for a couple; pension transfers and consolidation; pension income drawdown; care home fee plans.

Band D

£4,000 - £7,000

Financial planning and investment advice on inheritance tax planning; equity release.

Band E

£6,000 - £10,000

Financial planning and investment advice on complex issues such as pension splitting, multiple portfolios, complex tax planning, Court of Protection investment plans and complex trusts.

Band F

£10,000+

Financial planning and investment advice, including foreign domicile issues, multi-jurisdiction tax planning, multi-generation inheritance tax planning and establishment of family trusts.

After our first meeting, we will tell you which fee band will apply. Once we have gathered all relevant information and assessed your case in detail, we will provide a more precise quotation of our fee. These fees cover initial advice only. Fees are exclusive of VAT (which will not normally be applicable).

Hourly fee charges

Our charges are

  • Directors             £200 – £250 per hour
  • Advisers              £175 – £225 per hour
  • Administrators   £50 per hour
